Meet Our Founding Partners

Eric S. Montalvo is an experienced “Mustang” in the United States Marine Corps, retired with 21 years of service. Having earned his Juris Doctor with Honors from Temple University Beasley School of Law, Mr. Montalvo did combat tours during Desert Shield/Storm and Operation Iraqi Freedom before being deployed to Afghanistan. His duties included prosecution, defense, command advisory and representing the U.S. Department of Justice as a special assistant to the U.S. Attorney for Parris Island before the United States District Court for the District of South Carolina. Since entering private practice, he has focused on complex litigation matters, government contracts, military law and international dispute resolution.

Debra D’Agostino is a federal employment attorney who earned her Juris Doctor with honors at George Washington University Law School. She provides representation to federal employees worldwide in a wide range of personnel matters against federal agencies, including Equal Employment Opportunity complaints, Merit Systems Protection Board appeals and Office of Special Counsel complaints, and she also replies to proposed adverse actions or disciplinary actions.
